Dr. Giovanna Moses
- Born and raised in Delavan, WI, attended DDHS
- Graduate of Marquette University and Southern College of Optometry
- Participated in a medical mission trip to Belize and
provided eye examinations and glasses to an underserved
population
- Worked in commercial, military and private practice optometric settings
- Certified in the use of TPAs (therapeutic pharmaceutical agents) to treat infections and disease of the eyes
- Attends 30+ hours of continuing education annually to stay current with eye care related advancements
- Enjoys practicing full scope optometry including
treatment of eye diseases such as glaucoma, macular
degeneration and cataracts
- Performs pre and post operative care for cataract and Lasik patients
- Enjoys fitting contact lenses for students, athletes, adults and those needing bifocal contact lenses
- Member of the American Optometric Association and Wisconsin Optometric Association
- Married to Cevin and enjoys raising three children and spending time with family, playing volleyball, gardening and cooking

Dr. Shannon M. Osborne, O.D.
- Raised in Delavan and Lake Geneva, WI
- Graduated from Loyola University Chicago and Illinois College of Optometry
- Certified in the use of TPAs (therapeutic pharmaceutical agents) to treat infections and diseases of the eye
- Experienced in fitting contact lenses including lenses to correct astigmatism and bifocal contact lenses
- Experienced in providing pre- and post- surgical care for cataract surgery, LASIK, and other eye surgeries
- Experienced in treating and monitoring a range of eye diseases including red eyes, glaucoma, and macular degeneration
- Enjoys attending Continuing Education classes to stay current in advancements in the field of eye care
- Member of the American Optometric Association
- Married to Sam and enjoys walking her dog Dahlia, spending time with family members, reading and painting
